Pair of vertically oriented decorative frames made of carved wood or resin with a gilded finish. They feature abundant ornamentation of scrolls, foliage and vegetal motifs inspired by the formal language of 18th-century rococo style. Inside are small pictorial reproductions depicting female court portraits dressed in aristocratic garments and hairstyles typical of the period. The set reflects the ornamental character of historicist decorative objects widely produced during the second half of the 20th century.
