Turkmen-style wool rug, a type that was widespread in Central Asia in the 18th and 19th centuries and imported to Western Europe from the late 19th century onwards. Composition with a field of oval medallions repeated in a grid pattern and a border with geometric motifs. Shades of sand beige, terracotta red, and brown with fringes at the ends. Suitable for a main living room, office, or oriental-style room.
